Snowmen

It's beginning to feel a lot like Christmas. It's really cooled down lately! Melanie has been asking me if the leaves are going to fall off the trees and if it will snow because that is what is suppose to happen in the winter. I try to explain to her that we don't like in an area that has those signs of winter, but she knows that is what winter is... so I have decided to wait this one out and see what she learns. In the meanwhile, I also decided that... just because it doesn't snow here doesn't mean we can't build snowmen. And a bonus: ours won't melt if we take them inside.

Melanie was super excited to do a new type of craft... and that she could do it in her clothes instead of a "paint dress". I was super excited to do a craft with the girls that wasn't super messy, used different skills, and could help decorate our house. I love snowmen, and these ones are SUPER cute. :)

After playing with all that "snow", I'm thinking it may be time for some hot cocoa now. :)
