Getting a Little Wet!

It was HOT yesterday... like 102 degrees at 4 pm hot! And I don't know if it's because I'm pregnant, or it I have just become a wimp, but I'm already miserable. I'm hot in the house with the AC on, so outside is just awful. But... the kids have to get out sometime. So yesterday, the WHOLE family took a trip to the Tempe Town Market Place to play in the water! This was Noelle's first splash pad experience, and I think she loved it...

Melanie was mischievous. She had a cup, and in the following picture, I had caught her trying to sneak over to me to pour it all over me. ha! Good think I caught her. I was really happy that Brandon was able to go with us. He has been working crazy hours lately and we won't see him very much at all this week, so it was nice to get to spend the evening with him. (Plus, I was able to camp out in the shade.)

Noelle was the first one to tire out, and I enjoyed snuggling with her.

After we were done playing the water, we stopped at the Paradise Bakery and got a few chipper cookies. It was a fun day!
