For Labor Day, our family decided to check out the Hall of Flame Museum in Phoenix (by the zoo). I didn't know about the museum until just recently, and was excited to take my kids somewhere new. They have tons of fire wagons and trucks in the museum, some of them extremely old. We had fun!
When you walk in, the first area is all very old fire wagons. Most of them are American, but they had some from other countries as well.

I love this picture of Noelle. She was running (which is not allowed or advised in the museum) and everything is blurry but her. :)

You are also suppose to keep your hands off the exhibits... which I was clearly strict about. Well, after this picture and the lecture I got from the museum worker, I was definitely more strict. This was a wagon that had manual pump, which Melanie is working... Very neat!

This is another wagon. I thought it was really pretty.

The girls really enjoyed the horse (even if it was fake). Melanie asked Dad, "Why does the horse have a blind fold on?". Too cute!

Eventually we got to the trucks! Dad really enjoyed this. He kept checking out the engines. You could say it was right up his alley.

We saw some really cute fire fighters there.
