Halloween (finally)

A week ago we celebrated Halloween.  That means I'm a week behind on life.  But, alas, I'm getting there.  Here is a run down of our celebration.
It started in the library, with a pair of scissors.
Then it was time to trick or treat inside the library!

I love that they do this in our library!  It's so much fun.  And the kids come home with crafts to do!  (In place of candy!)
After crafting at the house, it was dinner and then out the door to trick or treat.

This year the MCC Red Mountain Campus had free trick or treating, so that's where we went.  It was fun, quick and easy.  We saw some friends there too!
When we got home, Oliver though the candy was all for him.  Sorry Buddy!
The candy is really for the Great Pumpkin!  We they all wrote their notes.
Then picked a few to keep as their own and gave the rest to the Great Pumpkin.

In the morning, they found that the Great Pumpkin had left sand toys!  Everyone was happy!

There you have it!  Happy Halloween!

No need for the great pumpkin to visit our house... Jason and I are doing a fine job of making the candy disappear. :)
