Precious Moments with Noelle

There are moments were I stare at my kids (individually) and just notice their beauty in total amazement. How lucky am I that I get to have these beautiful, innocent, unique characters in my life.
Noelle has been one that I have really paid attention to (I pay attention to all my children, so I should say extra attention). Noelle is amazing. She is so funny, extremely smart, a little sneaky, and just perfect.
On Mother's Day, I ended up with her on my chest while we watched "Singing in the Rain". Next thing I knew, she was asleep.
Noelle is always facsinated with things that I do or use. When I go running, she has to wear my running visor when I get home. If I play the piano, she has to as well. The other day, I wore this hat to the zoo, and sure enough, she wore it when we got home.
Noelle is also very independent. She decided she was going to be a big girl and use the potty, and Bam! she was potty trained. She doesn't even need nor want help in the bathroom (though she gets it more than she would like). She can dress herself, put on her own shoes (more often duck foot then not), and she can fill her own cup with water. She has always done everything faster than I was ready (she started walking at 10 months). Well, yesterday she wanted more cereal while I was changing Oliver. I came into the kitchen to find this:
I told her to say "busted" while I took the picture. Then I got her up into her seat and had her start eating before it got mushy.
I love everything about Noelle. I'm so grateful I have her in my family.

There are so many pros (plus a few cons :)) to having independent children.
